
Courtney is an experienced physical therapist who has been helping patients achieve their goals in the outpatient orthopedic setting for more than 20 years. She is passionate about empowering individuals to move better, perform at their best, and return to the activities they love—both inside and outside the clinic.
A graduate of Duquesne University, Courtney competed as a Division I Cross Country and Track athlete, an experience that helped shape her lifelong commitment to health, fitness, and performance. She remains an active athlete today, participating in events ranging from Adult Track & Field competitions to 25K races.
In addition to running, Courtney is an avid ice hockey player, competing in both co-ed leagues and with the Cleveland Sturgeon. Her dedication to athletics extends beyond her own participation, as she has coached youth running, youth strength training. and youth hockey programs, sharing her passion for sports and movement with young athletes, including her own children.
Courtney has a special interest in working with runners and enjoys helping athletes improve efficiency, prevent injuries, and elevate performance through expert gait and stride analysis. Whether you’re training for your first race or striving for a personal best, Courtney can help take your running to the next level.
She lives in Auburn Township with her husband, Jason, their three children—Graham, Miles, and Ellie—and their beloved collection of animals.
