Our mission is to provide individualized care that helps you recover from injury, reduce pain, optimize performance, and return to the activities you love with confidence. We offer a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and performance, combining evidence-based physical therapy with advanced hands-on treatment techniques and movement analysis.
Our services include physical therapy, sports performance training, TMJ and headache therapy, manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, running and walking gait analysis, personal training, and customized exercise programming. We focus on identifying the root cause of pain and movement dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms.
Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle, and physical demands. Through detailed movement assessments, personalized exercise programs, and one-on-one care, we help you build strength, improve mobility, enhance performance, and move forward stronger than before.
